«RENOME-SMART» received the certificate of compatibility from the Ukrainian processing center.

Under this certificate, ATM solutions with cash-in function (ATM ProCash 2100xe, ProCash 2150xe and ProCash 3000) delivered to Ukraine by «RENOME-SMART» are compatible with the interaction of the extended protocol Diebold D912 with Wincor EMV and CashIn Extension. This certificate entitles you to conduct operations with magnetic tape cards, and hybrid EMV-cards.

«RENOME-SMART» pays considerable attention to the ATMs with the cash reception function infrastructure development. The number of installed fully functional ATMs in 2008 was over 30% of all installed ATMs by the company. In addition, the company offers its own software solutions for payments receipt and the introduction of other non-standard for the ATM transactions with cash.

From 20th February, «RENOME-SMART» IT Department offers all the retail customers to take advantage of the following opportunities:

1. «Catch the discount during the weekend». Every Saturday and Sunday the most popular products are sold on the wholesale prices.

2. «30 minutes using the Device». Every day from Monday to Friday from 19:00 to 19:30 the discount on all goods is 10%.

The service center of the IT Department is certified by many well-known IT companies and offers servicing of the computer equipment throughout Ukraine.

The update version of the ProView - 3.2. software was produced by «Wincor Nixdorf».

This software is designed for the ATM network condition monitoring. The installation and maintenance of the given software in Ukraine is done by the specialists of the “«RENOME-SMART» Banking solutions Department.

«RENOME-SMART» rewarded the leaders and the employees of JSB «ING Bank Ukraine» by the certificate of honour for the Best introduction of the self-service centers in 2008. The award was presented by Serhiy Telizhenko, the director of «RENOME-SMART» LCC.

In 2008 JSB JSB «ING Bank Ukraine»” opened over 20 branch offices in Kyiv, built according the innovative principle for Ukraine. In these offices there are no cash operation units, all cash transactions are performed via Wincor Nixdorf equipment.

JSB JSB «ING Bank Ukraine» was also rewarded for the Best introduction of the self-service centers in Ukraine on behalf of the Wincor Nixdorf company during the trade fair Wincor World 2009.

The trade fair Wincor World 2009 has finished in Paderborn. Over 600 IT companies from around the world took part in the trade fair. The main thesis of the fair – "Driving process excellence".

According to Mr. Eckard Heidloff, the president of «Wincor Nixdorf», the time has come for the outsourcing services development and technical servicing growth. “The bankers can not afford themselves to lose the customers, so they should invest in the technologies which optimize servicing and reduce the operating expenditures”, - said E. The special attention at the fair has been given to the wireless technologies in banking. As an example – the printer and the cashier’s safe are connected to the computer with the help of the wireless technologies. Many integrators also plan the wireless system of the power supplies.

Other burning issue – is data security. This year the separate stand has been devoted to the safety technologies, among which the biometric technologies dominated

Together with «RENOME-SMART», the same as during the last years, the representatives of the largest banks of Ukraine took part. Their greatest interest was aroused by the new multipurpose ATM ProCash 4000 which is an ATM with the ”recycling” function, but unlike ProCash 3100 inside has not drums, but special dispensers and that makes it more compact in sizes

Moreover, the update version of the Wincor Nixdorf ProSales solution has also aroused interest. The given software product is intended for the effective creation of the marketing campaigns and their demonstration to the target client groups via the banking self-service terminals network

In the BM Bank ATMs, installed in Radisson SAS Hotel and in the Central branch of the BM Bank, the function of the cash currency exchange via the ATM was realized for the first time ever in Ukraine. In the nearest time the function of cash currency exchange will be in all the ATMs located in the BM Bank self-service zones.

Vadym Hrytsjuk, the Chief Operation Officer of BM Bank: “Statistics received in the first two weeks of the new service operation, confirms that the service is in demand, especially during the evening and at night, during the week end. Development and implementation of the service were done together with the company «RENOME-SMART», which has provided the software implementation of the new function».

«RENOME-SMART» has developed and put into service “Currency exchange on the ATM” functional. This advantage which is not foreseen by the standard software is provided by the hardware-software complex «ToMaS».

Even today the customers of the OJSC «BM Bank» can use the development of our company and exchange the US dollars or Euro for Hryvnia.

Such service gives additional advantages to the ATMs located at the airports, stations and hotels – places of stay of the foreign citizens who need operative reception of the Ukrainian currency.

The ATMs are delivered by "RENOME-SMART" pursuant to the project in one of the largest Ukrainian banks, the beginning of which is planned for December, 2008.
