Modern solution for the self-service centers

«RENOME-SMART» informs about the new modern solution for building the self-service centres in the bank. For the cash transactions we offer Ðroñash 3100õå ATMs with the automated cash reception function and the possibility to reuse the received cash for reception (“recycling” function). For the non-cash operations we offer the information-payment terminals ProConsult 2000 seated (in the form of a desktop).

The ATMs delivered by «RENOME-SMART» are in accordance with the order of the Ukrainian bank which is the member of the large international financial group.


It is already possible to see such working self-service centres in streets of Kiev and, since 2009 in other cities of Ukraine.

This new solution allowed the bank to introduce the essentially new format of services rendering – the self-service centres. There is no such general element for all the banks as a cash operating unit in the branch-offices. At the same time, the cash operating unit’s functions are done by the modern bank equipment manufactured by the Wincor Nixdorf company, which is presented by the fully functional ATM ProCash 3100xe and the information-payment terminal ProConsult 2000 seated

The possibility to use the function of the cash reuse – “recycling” is very important in this case, as it allows reducing considerably the means for the ATM encashment.

Bank clients have the possibility to replenish their account by cash with the help of the cash-in ATMs, also carry out non-cash transfers and print the statements on the information-payment terminal. Clients use the services in any convenient for them time because the offices are open 18 hours per day.

Artem Batkovsky, head of the bank sales e-channel department, points out: «ATMs with the touch screen are installed for the first time in Ukraine thereby the customer dialogue with the equipment becomes clearer. The client feels especially conveniently in the branch-office as even at the kiosk making the payments the customer sits at the table as at home».

Oleksandr Hrytsuk, the project leader of "RENOME-SMART": «Within the cooperation with the bank our company realised the complex solution on the innovative bank equipment integration into the bank branch-office. For today, severe competition in the bank sector, especially in the retail business segment, demands from the financial institutions another relation to the organisation of the branch-offices work. Introduction of the self-service centres allows the bank to use the equipment in full-value, and also to offer its clients the convenient and modern service technologies. In the short run the bank will develop the network of its own branch-offices across Ukraine. From its part, the developed network of the “RENOME-SMART” service centers allows to provide the work capacity of the equipment during 24 hours, 7 days per week.
