| Protection of the ATM software environment |

Technical experts of “Renome-Smart” LLC have tested PC/E Terminal Security software, manufactured by Wincor Nixdorf. Test results proved the high quality level of Wincor Nixdorf software and its conformity to the declared functionality:
- protection against zero-day attacks,
- monitoring of the replaceable devices,
- network access control,
- access to the terminal file system, etc.
To get the proper terminal protection against directed actions of violators, we recommend using PC/E Terminal Security together with ATMsecuriX software, which monitors the authenticity of terminal functional software.

| New «EKMS» software |

"Renome-Smart" LLC has developed a new "EKMS" software, which is designed for secure remote loading of processing encryption keys on the ATM.
“EKMS” software allows:
- secure input of encryption keys on “EKMS” workplace;
- management of terminals and encryption keys on “EKMS” workplace;
- secure transfer of encryption keys from workplace to the Terminal agent;
- correct input of encryption keys into ATM EPP device.
Using “EKMS” software will allow:
- to significantly improve the security of encryption key input process on the ATM;
- to restrict encryption key circulation inside the bank (using “EKMS” software you can significantly reduce the list of employees who work with primary encryption keys);
- to reduce costs and time of the bank employees on visiting ATMs for primary encryption key entering;
- to speed up and simplify the process of encryption key circulation within the banking institution;
- to organize a complex system of encryption key input, circulation and management.

| Microsoft Authorised Education Reseller Certificate |

"RENOME-SMART" LLC has confirmed its status of a Microsoft Authorised Education Reseller. This status allows "RENOME-SMART” to conduct licensing of schools under the new licensing rules, approved by Microsoft.
According to Microsoft program, only the companies which have been granted Microsoft Authorised Education Reseller status can deal with licensing of schools.
It was possible to extend the status due to the availability of certified specialists on academic licensing in the company, as well as due to the company’s desire to develop relationships with educational institutions.
Byprolonging the authorisation on Microsoft Academic Edition product distribution, "RENOME-SMART" can offer educational institutions the best solutions and services. Moreover, it can help educational institutions to unlock their potential by means of the information technologies.

| "RENOME-SMART" has started making ATM deliveries to PJSC "Savings Bank of Russia" |

"Renome-Smart" LLC has started delivering of multifunctional ATMs to PJSC "Savings Bank of Russia" as a part of tender conducted by the bank in March, 2010 for self-service equipment procurement.
Bank plans to use the delivered ProCash 2100xe and ProCash 2150xe ATMs for cash withdrawal, as well as for the delivery of card account replenishment services to its customers. Using ATMs with cash depositing function allows bank customers to increase their available balance on the card account directly at the moment of money depositing into the ATM.
Processing of ATM transactions of the PJSC "Savings Bank of Russia" is carried out by JSC "Ukrainian processing center".

| ProView system provides monitoring of Diebold ATMs in Ukrsibbank |

"Renome-Smart" LLC together with PJSC "UkrSibbank" have begun the project on Diebold ATM connection to «ProView» monitoring system used in the bank. Monitoring of Diebold ATMs will be provided with the help of «ProView» monitoring agent (designed by Wincor Nixdorf) and additional software "DMS" (designed by "Renome-Smart" LLC).

| New model of the desktop computer from “RENOME-SMART” IT Department |

 IT Department introduced the new model of desktop computer, which starting from the 15th of March will be included into the basic model range of own-produced computers.
ÐÑ ITX-220 model will be of special interest to the users who already have a home PC and plan to buy another one exclusively for work with office documents, the Internet, as a separate PC for children, etc., as well as to the educational institutions and corporate sector organizations.

| Implementation of Remote Observer software complex in JSB “Express-Bank” |

In February, 2010, «Renome-Smart» LLC has successfully implemented Remote Observer software complex for JSB «Express-Bank». The given software product will be used in the entire ATM network of JSB «Express-Bank».
Integration of Remote Observer video monitoring server with ProObserver2 video control systems, installed on JSB «Express-Bank» ATMs, allows bank employees to receive photo- and video archives immediately from the ATMs. Moreover, Remote Observer video control server is designed for remote management and monitoring of ProObserver 2 video control systems from the workplace in the bank.

| Wincor Nixdorf offered a new concept of work with the cash |

During Wincor World 2010 trade fair, Wincor Nixdorf presented the new modular solution portfolio designed for optimization of cash processes in retail banking.
The Cash Cycle Management Solutions portfolio for banks includes cash recycling systems, ATMs, automated teller safes and transaction terminals of the new CINEO generation as well as innovative software and services. An innovative banknote storage concept is the core element of the Cash Cycle Management portfolio. One of the programme key elements, the «intelligent» end-to-end cassettes enable cash to be exchanged between different cash points in the branch and thus kept in the cycle. For example, cash that has been deposited in automated teller safes at the counter can be used to replenish ATMs or cash recycling systems in the self-service zone. |
