Since its foundation (1990) «RENOME» is active on the IT market. And, nowadays, «RENOME-SMART» LLC is one of the leaders on this market in Ukraine. We work in the sphere of banking equipment and banking software products, computer hardware, network solutions, and business software. Our clients are the largest banks and organizations of Ukraine, and our partners – are the largest companies in Europe and the world. In each segment, where the company is represented, we set the highest goals.
Since 1995 the company is the official qualified partner of the German company-manufacturer WINCOR NIXDORF and deals with the delivery to Ukraine and service of the bank self-service equipment. For the significant achievements in development of the ATM network solutions, the company was rewarded by the world-known vendors with: «Top seller of Wincor Nixdorf products» in 1999/2000, 2000/2001, 2002/2003, 2003/2004, we were the winners in the nominations «Best entry into new industries» in 2005/2006, «Best grow rate» in 2006/2007 and «Best steal deal» in 2006/2007, «Best Service Improvement» in 2007/2008.
Besides the bank equipment selling, the company develops integrated solutions for banking business. Most of them are actively used by Ukrainian banks, including:
• banking information-transaction terminals’ monitoring system and transaction routing ÒoÌaS;
• ATM monitoring and remote control system X.4;
• ATM video control system ProObserver 2, and solutions for the remote access, monitoring and operation of the Remote Observer video control system;
• solutions for the National mass electronic payments system ProNSMEP.
The company provides warranty and post-warranty service of the ATMs and ASTs during the whole period of their use. Currently, the Service department of «RENOME-SMART» LCC has service centers and offices in 32 cities of Ukraine and the twenty-four-hour «helpline». Due to the large number of service centers, the company «RENOME-SMART» makes the maintained ATMs and ASTs renewal during 24 hours after contacting the service center, throughout the whole territory of Ukraine.
The «RENOME-SMART» IT Department is the leader in installation of the structured cable systems and network equipment delivery in the western region of Ukraine. The full cycle of works, including the warranty and post-warranty service, is done by the certificated experts. Service of the equipment «brand name» is done using only original materials and spare parts. Since 1995 «RENOME-SMART» is the official authorised partner of the largest European computer manufacturer – the German company Fujitsu Siemens Computers – and, thus, it can provide the use of a wide range of powerful servers, workstations and other equipment in the sphere of recognition, storage and protection of information. On the basis of its own service center the production is done, warranty and post-warranty service of the own computers, as well as equipment manufactured by Fujitsu Siemens Computers, Xerox, ASUS, Toshiba, «Version», «IMPRESSION».
